Had the most pleasant experience with Hearnes Ferndown and buying our first property. Both Angie and Nikki were very helpful guiding us through the process and keeping us more in the loop than our solicitors could! My sale and purchase were very difficult. The sale because my buyers were from abroad and did not really understand U.K. terminology etc. My purchase because the seller was living abroad! Also, I am in my 70’s and not really “with it” when buying or selling property. However, Hearnes personnel showed great patience and understanding.
