GoogleMatthew Hillier was fantastic. I asked to view two properties more than one time, one of them for a third! Never was i made to feel bad for this although it was probably a bit of a nuisance. Answered all my questions efficiently and went above and beyond to help me with any concerns i had.Would highly recommend !

GoogleAs a first time buyer I found Jasmina and James very helpful throughout the buying process. Jasmina was very approachable and warm at the initial viewings which made the process less stressful. I did have a delay caused by my solicitors but James continued to chase them and was tremendously helpful in expediting that process. Hearnes were easily contacted and answered any of my questions. I found the staff there very kind and welcoming and would use again.

GoogleI have only praise for everyone at Hearnes. I recently had to sell my home of 35 years and I was reccommended to use Hearnes by my solicitor. They were unfailingly pleasant, helpful and encouraging. It was not an easy sale but their enthusiasm never flagged and it was accomplished in the end. I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend them to anyone. Thank-you to all of their lovely staff.

I was never made to feel like just another customer and the commitment and communication, shown particularly by Andrea, cannot be underestimated. In what can be a tricky journey, I felt I had a team behind me the whole way and can't thank them enough for their supportive and caring approach. A 5 star service all round.

GoogleFinally got there! I found a property already under offer and asked to be contacted if the purchase fell through. Thankfully Lyn remembered me and called two weeks later as unfortunately the buyer was not able to progress. A challenging purchase as it was an executor sale on a property requiring significant work. Emma really helped with the negotiation and brokered meetings with the sellers solicitors which helped. It seemed slow progress but Emma kept me informed and worked with my mortgage broker. She worked with my solicitor to complete the purchase. Thank you. Now the work really begins on a property I hope to turn into a lovely home..... eventually.

GoogleAs many others have said, Hearnes (Poole) have been fantastic right from the very first phone call. We knew we were in safe hands straight away. They swiftly took amazing photos and created a great written summary of our property - both perfectly highlighting the key features. The marketing was in depth and top class, much more than just plonking it on Rightmove. The sales team were highly professional and motivated, whilst always very friendly and eager to help. The office team dealt with all incoming/outgoing information and messages smoothly and efficiently, once again whilst being friendly and helpful. Great stuff, pleasure to deal with and highly recommend.

They have been helpful and professional, keeping in touch throughout the whole process, guiding and supporting when needed. The whole experience with Hearnes is exceptional, I'd highly recommend Jasmina and James Evans. Jasmina has been really helpful and being really patience with us from the very beginning. She must showed us 10-15 different properties, always on time and very polite, she is a great asset to the firm. James also worked very professionally. From day one, they immediately jumped into action and worked proactively and with speed, which was exactly what we needed, as we had to meet a tight deadline and a tight budget! They were able to sell our property as soon as it hit the market, from clients already on their radar and they helped negotiate both our sale and next purchase so we could get exactly what we were after.
