GoogleOffer accepted then reneged upon next day after they rang around others interested to get better deal. From Facebook looks like they do this as a practice which is pretty shabby practice in my opinion. Another buyer had same experience according to Facebook. Very disappointed

My main point of contact was their sales progressor Becky who deserves a massive praise as she was very proactive throughout and kept everyone up to date. FacebookThe entire process of buying a property and selling one is extremely stressful, but Hearnes were incredible from start to finish! After successfully selling our property, the team at Hearnes helped more with our forward purchase than the estate agents who were representing the sale. They were incredible and we literally cannot recommend them highly enough. 🙌🏼❤️

FacebookHearnes Bournemouth recently sold our house and I could not fault them, compared to so many agents I have dealt with Hearnes have been by far the most efficient and professional. They went over and above in every way possible and made sure communication was consistent. Not only that they have been excellent in helping us find our next home. I can not recommend them enough and will be sure to use them again in the future.

FacebookHaving bought our house with hearnes 4 years ago, we didn’t hesitate to use them to sell it on this time. Matt came over to value the property remembering it well from selling it to us last time and put us at ease from the get go. Although it took a while longer to sell than I’d initially hoped, I was never in any doubt that the whole team were doing all they could to get the right people viewing and thus get the offers we were looking for. They were in constant contact with feedback from every viewing and proactive marketing suggestions and advice. Once the sale had been agreed, it was a nervous few weeks through the lockdowns before completion and I’m so grateful for Juliet for keeping everything within the chain together and moving forward - this really was invaluable and made us very thankful to be with Hearnes. Thank you all!

FacebookSold our flat with Hearnes this summer, it was on the market a couple of weeks tops! We’ve worked with Hearnes a couple of times and always get great service. The team can’t do enough for you and their knowledge of the area and network of buyers means you’re in good hands. Highly recommend
