Finally got there! I found a property already under offer and asked to be contacted if the purchase fell through. Thankfully Lyn remembered me and called two weeks later as unfortunately the buyer was not able to progress. A challenging purchase as it was an executor sale on a property requiring significant work. Emma really helped with the negotiation and brokered meetings with the sellers solicitors which helped. It seemed slow progress but Emma kept me informed and worked with my mortgage broker. She worked with my solicitor to complete the purchase. Thank you. Now the work really begins on a property I hope to turn into a lovely home..... eventually.

The staff have been amazing and the service excellent throughout. I really have felt supported and if it was not Hearns; I don’t think I would have this amazing flat, 5 minutes from the sea. They helped me move on from the previous property and recommended me this property which I was not sure of initially whilst the staff really navigated me through the last few days with this epidemic and the complications that brought up. I was very impressed with consideration of the gentleman that came to value my property. He adhered to Governmental rules and wore a mask , unlike the other agent . He was polite, concise and understanding of my situation. Within an hour I had an email with the valuation letter attached.What more can you ask for? We recently used Hearnes for the purchase of our new home. From star to finish the process was really smooth and the team did an excellent job in keeping us updated with everything throughout the process. Even through the tough period we have been going through the team remained professional and committed to helping us secure our forever home. Special mention must go to Emma who has been amazing for us, she was also at the end of the phone to help us and give us advise and no matter what time of the day she would come back to us with details updates on our enquires. I can’t recommend Matt, James, Joe and the whole team at Hearnes enough! When we first sold our flat we had no idea a pandemic was about to happen, and to say it’s been a rollercoaster would be an understatement! These guys were all fabulous and helped us to get to completion day. If we ever move again in future, we’ll be using you again!

We have just exchanged and are now getting ready to move and we can't thank the whole Hearnes team enough. We've had to manage a sale through the Brexit slow down and a very complex chain to get to contacts exchanged and through out we found the team to have that great mix of being very professional and extremely approachable to discuss and work things through to a sensible and best possible outcome They achieved a really good number of appropriate viewings and helped enormously in the negotiations. Where most agents stop at that point, the Hearnes team step up a gear helping to manage, chase and protect the whole chain. Ours chain was very fragile and we are certain that it was only due to the work of Hearnes that saw it across the line. How much can you value that type of support support which significanty reduces stress and anxiety through the whole process. On top of all that, they are a really nice team to work with providing the level of communication that you want and quickly earning our trust. We highly recommend them to you.
