GoogleI cannot recommend Hall & Benson’s enough - from the beginning of the process they have been fabulous! Adam was warm, helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning, making me feel comfortable and confident - our house sold in less than a week! Rolaine in the office is amazing in keeping us updated throughout the process & Kimberley has been fantastic in sorting out our new mortgage. Overall, these guys are brilliant & I would 100% use them again and I will recommend them to anyone.

I honestly have no words. I cannot put into words how dirty, shameful, dishonest and awful this company is. Do not under any circumstances sign up with them. It will only cost you time, emotional stress and a lot of money. They should not even be legally approved to continue their services.

After staying in a property rented to me and my family in 12 months.we did everything to make the house how we left it but Humphrey found a way to steal our £250 from our security deposit saying for cleaning mean while immediately we left new tenants moved in the next day.be careful with them

GoogleThey tell vendors you can't afford their house if you don't buy their expensive mortgage products. Not a legal or fair practice. Then phoned me a couple of months later trying to sell me a more expensive house. Wouldn't buy off them ever.

GoogleWe had a great experience with our purchase with Chris Astill. He explained everything in layman's terms and recommended the best provider to go with. The screen-share process made it much simpler too to see what was going on too. Chris was patient despite my questions and was quick with updates. I would highly recommend him if you are purchasing a property.

GoogleAs first time buyers, the whole mortgage application process would have been a daunting and confusing task had it not been for Chris. He was always happy to help and answer any questions we had, and when we did experience a problem during the process - whereby the lender reduced the amount they were willing to lend after our initial mortgage offer expired - Chris was extremely helpful and gave us confidence that he would do everything he could to resolve the issue, which he did. While our solicitors weren't as helpful as they should have been, we felt that Chris was the one person we could rely on throughout the whole process. We would not only recommend for first time buyers like ourselves to have a mortgage advisor to help navigate them through the process, but specifically for them to choose Chris.

Hello everyone, I hope this message is read by someone who wants to rent a house with this terrible real estate agency, we rented the house online, when they gave us the house it was in poor condition, all dirty with spiders everywhere, holes with water, the heating did not work, my partner had asmas and almost had to go to the hospital, Do not rent with this real estate they are scammers. Be careful those who come from another country.

Hello everyone. I hope this message will be read by anyone who decides to rent a property with this estate agent. We are a group of five students from Spain and we decided to rent a flat to come and study our final year in Derby. The property was rented in June without previously seeing it in person, all through the internet, and when we saw the photos and video of the house, we thought it looked good and decided to contact Nicholas Humpreys. Arriving from Spain for the first time at the house where we were going to spend a whole year we were almost in tears. The house was a complete disaster, the smell in that house was disgusting, everything was very dirty, there were holes in all the walls, there were two empty fire extinguishers lying on the floor, IN EVERY ROOM THERE WERE ABOUT 20 SPIDERS, mattresses with urine and dirty, the heating didn't work, there were leaks... an endless list of crazy things that we will attach photos and videos for you to see for yourselves. After all this, they tell us that the house is in perfect conditions to live in and that is what we have decided to rent. Be very careful before signing a contract with them, and read carefully because they will deceive you. With all this, they are not even willing to give us back our deposit money, as we are obviously moving to another house. This message is aimed especially at people who come from another country without first seeing the property in person, because they will probably be victims of a scam, which is what happened to us. I would also like to take this opportunity to ask the owners of this real estate agency to stop acting like this with people, you can't imagine how painful and sad it is for us and our parents to come from another country and find something like this.
