Not interested in working with the vendor to sell a property. The sales process is poor not to mention the communication or lack of it from the staff (branch manager!) and the general customer service is left wanting. If you want to sell your property then don’t waste your time with this estate agency as they tie you in for a fixed term and do absolutely nothing to get the property marketed effectively and sold. Hall & Benson Allestree branch are not professionals in sales or customer service.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
