GoogleI'll give them a wonderful five stars! They've helped us move into our new rental home in just two weeks! Right from the viewing to the collection of our keys! They are fast, efficient and thoughtful especially one of their lovely staff, Hayley who was very swift in responding to all our enquiries. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent a property! Keep up the good work guys!

GoogleThe entire process of renting an apartment with Hall and Benson was really seamless. They are extremely fast and efficient with a top notch customer service. Hailey was our go to person, and she was so lovely at every point. She responded to all our queries in a timely manner, and ensured we were carried along at every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn't have given a star if I could. A property manager in an office in Derby is not empathetic, does not represent the tenant's interests, and does everything the greedy landlord thinks up, not caring how it affects the tenant. Avoid the whole office if you can. By the way, the lady's name is Jodie Santo. There is no humanity, no decency, no desire to help. Humanly, it's a double zero. Never again with this agency. Nodding dog all.

Every untrustworthy company. And unprofessional.They put bills on my name without my knowledge.The bills were included in the rent. And they are not willing to sort out. Every rude managers as they call them self. Stay way from this money grabbing company

GoogleThe whole team at hall and benson was fantastic. My property was only on for a week and it had 3 offers in. They even had a buyer before it went to market. All the staff was super friendly and helped you through the whole process from start to finish.

This is the worst company ever. We have had a broken washing machine for 8 weeks now with no hope for it being fixed/replaced and no offer to pay for the increasing laundromat fees. We contact them at least 2/3 times every week since the issue was reported, we are lucky if we get a reply and if we do the staff member is extremely rude and non-sympathetic. As students who live far away from home and work part time doing our washing is very important and it has caused genuine physiological distress not being able to easily wash clothes. We get given a day they will come to replace it but we hear nothing on the day and then have to get in contact with them ourselves and they push it back even further. We have had so many issues in the past and have had the same sort of responses and support. It feels like they don’t care because we are students and think we just lay around all day doing nothing and don’t care about anything. I will be telling everybody i can within my university to not go with this company. If you are thinking of choosing them do not be fooled by how nice they are in the beginning because as soon as you sign on that disappears.

My son and his 7 friends were renting an amazing house and the landlord offered a further year at £160 per week which in the students eyes was high but at no time did the estate agent advise that due to the current financial market, this was a reasonable increase and now because this estate agent completely let them down by not guiding them at all, they are homeless for 2023-2024 and are going to be completely reliant on a place in halls that will only allow 6 of them to be together, if there are any spaces. With little experience of renting, they should at least have been guided and or given first refusal on an alternative 8 bed. I also feel that it would be part of an estate agents duty on behalf of tenants to at least been a mediator and try to reach a compromise between tenant and landlord instead of just allowing 8 young people to potentially have nowhere to live in the summer of 2023.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough about Kimberley Gilkinson- the mortgage advisor. From the very first phone call to arrange a meeting to apply for mortgage in principle Kimberley has been VERY supportive and professional. Kimberley has always made herself available, has been flexible, supported me through the whole process of looking for a property, applying for a mortgage, all the paperwork, getting quotes for all the necessary insurance etc-and all with a smile on her face. Kimberley has always stuck to her word and exceeded any expectations I ever had. ALWAYS on the other end of a phone/email to answer any questions and offer support. I could not have gone through all the process of buying a property without Kimberley. I would so highly recommend Kimberley to anyone looking to become a home owner.
