GoogleDear All, Lapland Ltd has been managed by Charlotte and during the year she has been azminging and she is good at coming back to us and keeping the flats in good order. She is great and very efficent at getting back to us with details and what work is required. Over all the company is great.

GoogleI'm currently letting a property in belper and can honestly say that the service I have received from the team at Hall and benson lettings has been second to none. I first spoke to Jessica about my letting and she swiftly got everything into place for me keeping me informed at every step of the process. I also would like to say Anjali is also fantastic, when ever there is an issue she let's me know and deals with in the best way possible. Thankyou Hall and benson I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

GooglePaula was a god send. After trying and failing to secure a rental property for the last 4 months due to high demand and no help from estate agents. She truly stepped in and really helped. She listened to my familys needs. Picked out properties as they became available and phoned me straight away with viewing times. Also worked around my working hours to get the viewings in. I truly felt looked after during the entire process, we pick our keys up in the next 24 hours, been a nice smooth process start to finish. Amazing service all round

GoogleI have recently rented out my property in Belper and the service I have received from Jessica and her team at Hall and Benson lettings has been nothing more than first class. The moment I spoke to Jessica and let her know I wanted to rent my property she was straight on to it with viewings and a let agreed in a matter of days. Any issues have been swiftly delt with and no questions have felt silly and have been answered in the best way. I would highly recommend hall and benson lettings. GoogleWe are renting a property with Hall and Benson. Hayley was really helpful in finding and showing us the available properties and taking us through the paperwork and getting us moved in. The process of moving in was easy with electronic contracts. The only downside was moving in took a bit longer than expected due to landlord living abroad.

GoogleI'm really, really pleased with the service given by Lisa and her team. They always seemed on top of the job. I'm delighted I made the decision to go with them. They were very professional in the initial discussions on the sale of the property, they got the valuation absolutely right and they handled the viewers well and the eventual buyer. I was delighted with the visibility they gave on viewing and the progress on the sale ...... and they always reacted to requests and would follow up on issues. I'm delighted with their service and would choose them again.

GoogleHaving been a landlord for 22 years, I can truthfully say that i have yet to come across a letting Agent like Hall and Benson who fire on all cylinders. From the start I was allocated a single point of contact namely Lauren who has been absolutely fantastic. From my very first meeting with her she managed my expectations honestly and throughout the process kept me fully updated in respect to appointments, viewings and general feedback on the property. She really is a diamond of an asset to the company. That said the rest of the team including Paula work just as hard and try their utmost to resolve queries and issues in a prompt and professional manner. I sincerely thank you all for making the experience as seamless as you did.

The speed and efficiency which things happened giving me a moving in date less than 2 weeks from the initial viewing of the property which I have to say I thought was a bit optimistic, but was delivered. Paula's guidance regarding the required documentation was invaluable and obviously has very good knowledge about what's required in her role. Thank you so much.

GoogleI have a property portfolio which has been built up with Hall & Benson. This is all now fully managed by Hall & Benson. I felt it important to show here just how much of a pleasure it is working with these people. Landlords know how time consuming and how difficult it can sometimes be managing a portfolio, but Hall and Benson have been an absolute delight to work with and a breath of fresh air. Nothing is too much trouble and business is dealt with accurately and promptly. I feel privileged to have found a company that understands and cares, whilst providing me with experienced guidance and secure advice; I look forward to developing my portfolio with them well into the future.

GoogleRecently rented via Hall and Benson Allestree, and found the whole process very smooth. I have previously been with with other letting agents who have left me unsure of what steps are next, and had dates changed multiple times regarding moving in, but everything at Hall and Benson was a lot more informative. We dealt with Hayley, who would be very helpful whenever we’d be ringing with silly little questions, and explained the whole process throughly. From the viewing to picking up the keys, we felt supported the whole time. She also helped us set up home insurance, the outsider company ‘Tilli’ was very useful to us, especially regarding gas and electric. Would definitely recommend, though hopefully next time it’d be to sales instead of lettings! 😊
