GoogleWe recently sold a property in Keswick through Hackney and Leigh and had excellent service from Simon Bennett throughout. He helped us with numerous issues and gave us good advice during the time the property was being marketed. Simon was always very prompt in dealing with queries and returning calls - even when we were out of the country. He was very pleasant and professional at all times and we would highly recommend his services. In fact the whole team at H &L were excellent. Thank you.

They both went above and beyond any expectations that I had from any estate agent, offering advice and guidance throughout what turned out to be a challenging process through no fault of theirs. Their experience and expertise really came through, and their support helped at a personal level and not just the professional level. They took the time to understand our situation and were always available to provide reassurance and solutions to any issues we had along the way. Without their dedication and over and above efforts, it would have been incredibly difficult to get through the process of purchasing our family home, and without their help I'm not sure if would have happened at all. GoogleH&L were not our agents, they were representing the seller. However, as we had constant communication issues with solicitors (buyer and sellers), Simon, at H&L Keswick consistently went out of his way to keep everyone connected, chasing solicitors and managing communication with sellers. He always returned calls and promptly answered emails. H&L Keswick provided excellent service and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleAfter our initial contact with Nick, which was very positive and informative, we dealt mainly with Simon. Simon was brilliant to deal with, he kept us fully updated from the beginning of the process to exchange of contracts in a calm and reassuring way. GoogleFrom the initial Property evaluation by the impressive Kendal Branch Manager Keira Evans to the final exchange of contracts, the whole sale process was professional, smooth and stress free. The sale was potential complex as there were 4 owners of the property but the situation was expertly navigated by Hackeny & Leigh and after an offer was made, by the team at Napthens solicitors who they work with for the conveyancing. We were especially grateful to our sales team contact, Claudia Cutolo who responded to any questions and queries promptly with courtesy and efficiency. All 4 owners were very happy with the service from Hackney & bLeigh and would definitely recommend them to future sellers.

GoogleIf you are wondering which estate agent you should use in South Cumbria then I would suggest you call off the search because Kiera Evans and her team at Hackney & Leigh in Kendal are just about the most professional, diligent and efficient team of people you could wish to do business with. They exceed expectations at every turn and always go the extra mile to ensure your sales or purchase process goes smoothly. Special mention goes to Hayley Wilson, Shannon Hipwell-Dixon, Claudia Cutolo and Holly Strickland. A very difficult and traumatic sale involving a tricky chain was made much easier to handle by these guys. I would heartily recommend you choose Hackney & Leigh in Kendal.

The two members of staff who showed us around were very patient and had a sense of humour.
