We are First-Time Buyers and were really quite anxious about our purchase and how smoothly (or not) everything would go. Hackney and Leigh have been nothing short of amazing! We've primarily dealt with Shannon and Keira who have been truly formidable, but to be honest; everyone who we've been in contact with has been professional, informative and just really helpful. The experience (in stark comparison to lots of others we know of through friends and fanily with different agencies etc) has been really smooth and positive. Things have moved at lovely pace and momentum hasn't dropped, as everyone is completely 'on it' and knows what they're doing! This has been great for us, as being first timers, we really had no conceptualisation of how quickly things were meant to move. We started the purchase process mid-Sept and we complete next Friday, 21st Nov. We're so grateful for all of the help and reassurance provided by H&L. Recently sold a property via the Windermere branch and the service provided throughout was excellent. From the initial valuation meeting, there was a real sense of investment from the team. Processes were clearly explained, support provided, deadlines met and there was always a warm welcome when visiting the branch in person. I cannot fault the professionalism of those involved, would thank the team for a very smooth process and would thoroughly recommend them to any prospective house sellers.

The whole team were fantastic from start to finish, and even beyond completion! It was incredibly refreshing to work with an estate agent who actually answers the phone and responds promptly. Every member of the team I dealt with was friendly, supportive and professional, keeping things moving smoothly throughout the negotiations. Even after completion, they went above and beyond, happily sharing details for trusted tradespeople when they had no obligation to do so, a rare level of service these days and very much appreciated. A truly professional, helpful and genuinely kind team. I would highly recommend this firm and want to extend my sincere thanks to everyone at the Grange office (The umbrella turned out to be a very welcome gift!)
