This estate agent are ok, they do their best to sell your property, which happened relatively well, the convincing they recommend didn’t look good on reviews, buy used them, asked some ridiculous questions, trying to say the main road through the village was private for one 😂, but the estate agents themselves are good and easy to work with

Ferndown were the agents of a property I bought and completed on yesterday. I have to give a little context before I review; my agents who were selling my property and engaging with, had not contacted me since the start of April, despite me trying to contact and being new to property transactions etc and wanting a little support, so I am so so lucky that Ferndown were there as the selling agent for the property I was buying, else I'd not know a thing! From the moment of sales, Mlak took me straight on under his wing and explained every step of the process outright, taking time and empathy even before my first viewing. This continued throughout, with calls now and then to make sure I knew what part of the process I was at, up until my bid was accepted and he courteously handed me over to Charlotte and the team for the rest of the process. Charlotte made this process so much easier than it could have been throughout. She contacted me almost every week just to make sure I was kept in the loop, passing on information from the full extent of the chain I was in so I never had to sit and wonder what's taking so long. She chased solicitors and information from all parties and did so with professionalism, empathy and understanding. This was so valuable to me and my wife and I can't express just how grateful I am to have had a wonderful team from start to finish, and I can't even say it's what I paid for, as that would have been my selling agent! Firstly they failed to pass on my offer to the family. After trying again, my offer was accepted (13th June, they asked for info 17th June and all information they asked for given. I ran around getting my mortgage application done (within one week, they already had my mortgage in princlible). They didn't mark it as SOLD SUBJECT TO CONTRACT. Chasing and chasing for updates to be told on 9th July they had another higher offer and was going to go with that. SLIMY AND UNDERHANDED.
