What could have been a very stressful time for us, selling our mum and dads bungalow after their passing and them having spent many, many happy years there, was made extremely smooth by every one of the staff. GoogleWe have dealt with many estate agents over the years. Hackney & Leigh at Grange over Sands are by far the best. They are extremely efficient, working hard for both vendor and buyer, giving great advice and leaving us feeling looked after and reassured. Helen, Tracey, Mark and Sarah are all lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble. Replies to our emails were received quickly and all queries dealt with. We have never even once had to chase. A very friendly team with a great sense of humor. We’re thrilled with our new home, but think we’ll miss the team now we’re moving in!

From the first viewing to securing a new buyer after our initial sale fell through, the entire team - Dominique, Lara, Matthew and Mitchell - was incredible. They handled a whirlwind of activity with calm, professionalism, and a genuinely supportive approach. We’d already taken the leap of buying before selling (never again!) and were under an extremely tight deadline, but their experience and reassurance made all the difference. They kept things moving, kept us sane, and somehow even made it enjoyable. GoogleFrom the first sensitive visit by Mark to value the property, through all the preparation, viewings and queries up to the final completion, we were very impressed by the care and attention given by the whole team. Mark, Helen and Tracy responded quickly to any queries we had, found a good buyer and maintained contact after the offer was accepted, unlike some other agents where you get passed on to a third party who does very little. We would definitely use them again!

GoogleFerndown have been amazing. This was my first time buying alone and right from the start the support you get from everyone is just amazing. After sales Charlotte and Enzo were happy to assist with any of my queries, regardless how small they thought they were, but keeping me reassured all the way, even with my wobbles. I would highly recommend Ferndown to all as they make you feel like you are the only customer they have, and truly offer you all the personal service which ever end you are, I was a buyer, but should it come to it, I will be using these to sell in the future. Thank you all at Ferndown for everything, especially the keyring!

GoogleH&L in Penrith dealt with a probate sale for us. I dealt mainly with Jane and Jill who were both friendly,professional and approachable. The process was smooth until near the end when I felt more chasing could have been done to head towards completion. The office kept us informed of offers and gave advice along the way. All in all I would recommend the Penrith office for house sales-thank you
