GoogleWe rented our property out with Hackney & Leigh for about 6 or 7 years, nothing was too much trouble if we had a problem they were there to help. When we decided to sell Helen & the Team at Grange over Sands were always there to help. Things went smoothly and we sold in about 4 months. As a buyer I found Hackney and Leigh to be professional throughout the purchasing process. All staff were very approachable, efficient, friendly and helpful. Viewings were undertaken as agreed, the booking and reminder service working effectively. Other requests were dealt with promptly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank-you.

GoogleHackney and Leigh have been very professional throughout the purchase of the property. Constant communication at each stage going above and beyond to complete the process. All of the staff in the Windermere office have been excellent especially Charlie and Sonia. As buyers from out of area (east sussex) our experience has been of a lovely, supportive office and caring agents giving full details of the property and area it's located in. GoogleI spoke to Charlie and she gave me honest advice on what I needed to do to sell my very small property. In my opinion Hackney and Leigh are the best estate agents as they will genuinely talk to you with no pressure. I have full trust in them. If you want the best just instruct them you won't be disappointed as they act in the best interest of their clients at a very reasonable price given that selling a house is a very difficult thing to do.

The team were without a doubt the best estate agents around. The marketing is second to none and they put a lot of time into making sure buyers get that feel for your home.
