GoogleThe service that we received from Hackney and Leigh throughout each transaction that we had with them was first class in all respects. Elaine Bradshaw was very helpful with the purchase, Jo Thompson with the letting and Ellie Graham with the sale. We could not have wished for better service from such professional people, who were at all times courteous, efficient and charming. We could not recommend them highly enough!

GoogleThis agency was a huge disappointment. We wanted to rent a house, but they almost didn't want to listen to us, they said there was none and it wasn't expected. They treated us like dogs. The "nice employees" could use a lot of training. The opposite of the Carnforth agency where they were very nice to us. If I could, I would give zero stars.

We dealt smoothly with the basics to establish we are seriously seeking to buy a property in the wider Kendal area and Ellie explained about the 'contact' list approach to make sure we are updated with new properties matching our target wishes as they come to market.
