GoogleI can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Honest and hardworking. Peter gave me a truthful assessment of my house v the market, recommended a buy price and a week later it sold. Yvonne took up the ongoing management of it all and just went above and beyond to keep my buyers happy without letting them take the p… If you are selling or buying in the Chalfonts or wider area, you gotta speak with Peter and Yvonne. Over the years we have not had the best of experiences with estate agents, so I am very heartened to be able to recommend Matthew with no reservations. He was honest, friendly, helpful and dealt with any hiccoughs effectively, liaising with solicitors and our buyers when necessary and keeping us informed all the way through what is a stressful and expensive procedure. GoogleMatt Higgins is hands down the best estate agent I've ever worked with. He also has land valuation qualifications and skills which in our case really came in handy as we had a house to sell that wasn't like any other in our road. Matt was able to give us a great valuation (when frankly the other estate agents weren't sure). In the end, we had 5 offers with high quality buyers and a quick sale at a price that exceeded our expectations. Added to this are his great negotiation and communication skills. The rest of the team (I worked mainly with Dominique & Lara) were really good also and the marketing materials are a cut above the rest. Mainly I worked with Matt though and I won't be going anywhere else in future. Extremely highly recommended !
