GoogleFirst class service from helpful, friendly staff with good communication and interpersonal skills. Good communication between front office staff and back office, e.g. people who put up and take down sign boards. Handled conflict well, eg had another client who was selling with grisdales and who made an offer on my house. There was a better offer from a cash buyer. Grisdales advised me to accept offer from cash buyer. Nice staff backed up by good leadership and sound processes. If selling, go with Grisdales and you won’t be disappointed. Worth the money.

GoogleVery good service at first once property sold the person dealing with the sale never kept us informed of what was happening and when used to phone to speak to them was not always available Not good at keeping informed

GoogleI want to thank the team at Grisdales - Cockermouth for all of their hard work in listing and bringing a deal to me under such strange circumstances. My family has owned this property for some time and I inherited the property recently. Without ever stepping foot in the property I listed it and sold it over Christmas with Grisdales expertise. As I live in Canada this was all accomplished by email but I felt connected to it the whole time. Thank you Judith for the efforts you put into the marketing it showed. GoogleWe could not be happier with the service and kindness we have received from the team at the Cockermouth office. Carolann and Laura have been extremely attentive, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the purchase of our new home. We had a bit of a disaster with a previous property but due to the efficiency of Grisdales, we were determined to buy a house from them, so we viewed one and it was our forever home! GoogleGrisdales were able to help us secure a new home to rent for re-location to the UK. Other estate agents were unable to help us due to the extra difficulties involved in such a move. Alison Scurr made the whole process easy for us and solved any issues that we encountered along the way and was always reassuring. Nicola was the complete professional, friendly and well informed about the area so able to suggest a clear marketing strategy if I was to go ahead with sale. Also offered advice on what would be required (or not) in order to achieve the best for the property. Still deciding whether to go ahead, but would be more than to use their services or recommend.
