The Whitehaven office were horrific coveted damp and moldy properties. Conned tenants into tenancy agreements that they did not want. And protected landlords that were unethical, greedy, selfish, manipulative and made a history of tenants life a nightmare. Becky lied repeatedly. Helen wrote reports that were not in line with the law, Daria manipulated tenants into situations that were not what they wanted and Lesley Daly supported it all. AVOID GRISDALE
