Well customer service was On Point, BUT....I purchased a Simpson 3600psi pressure washer and of course Worked like a Charm On First crank..... Third- 5th crank of course we had leaks coming from ceiling, floor Etc.. On Start of Business Opening Of Course water pump goes out...I'll Be Dam...gotta wait another 4-5 days to get replacement/refund.....I'm Going to Facebook Marketplace smh

I made an order with Grainger in early December. On Feb the 23rd i got an email stating that they could not fulfill the order. I ordered to Milwaulkee batteries that were on sale. I called customer service and they reported that there was nothing that they could do. This is a big company, there is plenty they can do. They just choose not to. I strongly encourage you to use some other trusted company that is know to stand behind there word and character. I will never order another thing from Grainger again. Grainger has a lot to learn in taking are of its customers.

Absolute trash place. No tracking information, have to call or email for information, then cancelled my order a month later. Will never buy anything from here again due to such a lack of professionalism. Almost 2 months waiting and then no product on top.

I ordered 2 steel doors over 3 weeks ago and was told that delivery was January 27. Then the following day I received an updated delivery date for the 29. Then I realized the an additional un-announced amount came out of my account, only to be told over the phone tonight that the doors are in back order and won't ship before Feb. 11. When I told them that I should've been told and given an option to cancel much earlier, the smart person over the phone asked me if I wanted to cancel the order - two days before the initial delivery date. I am in the middle of a construction project now. I will incur huge delays and financial loss just because Grainger decided to delay my order without informing me early in the game. This is unprofessional, unethical, unacceptable. Never again!

I placed order # 1398818334 to be picked up the next day after 10 am. at Supply 7200 NW 37th Ave, Hialeah. When I arrive at the place, the order is still pending, and I ask customer service, and the answer was, "the truck did not deliver due to storm." Cancel the order and order the part from other supplies.

Horrible company...period. Not sure how they stay in business. Blains Fleet and Farm, Acme Tool, and Home Depot are 1000% better. Had to cancel an order because I could not get a straight answer from anyone. I called corporate and they pushed me back to the bad customer service line. Buyer beware.

Ordered glass petri dishes and they arrived in one day, and were packaged amazingly well. I am beyond pleased with the effort they put into this packaging. I have ordered from other places in the past and they arrived broken. These would have had to have been smashed with a hammer to break . Each petri dish was individually wrapped for maximum protection, then all surrounded in another layer, placed in a box with more protection around it, inside another box. Perfect. Thank you so much.

I ordered a Trojan 12 volt battery for our Genie lift. 4 times in a row they sent the wrong battery, Grainger kept sending me 6-volt batteries. All 4 times I had to crate the battery back up, secure the battery to a pallet, and get UPS to pick the crated battery up. This process took a lot of my time dealing with someone else's mistake four times. Grainger has lost a corporate customer.

GoogleVery nice place to live with a lot of communal areas. The best is the building administration. They are very serious and helpful. They are there to help you anytime you need. We love to live there.

GoogleReally excellent experience. Rented for 1 year. Well maintained flats. Excellent service from the team. Our concierge, Vaidas Prichodka in particular was very helpful in troubleshooting any issues. Excellent value for money and would highly recommend over unscrupulous private landlords. We checked out with no issues.

GoogleExcellent living experience in general. I have been living in the Argo apartment since March 2018. I have nothing to complain, and the staff, concierge are incredibly nice and helpful. I am lucky that I made the right choice to live here. It is right opposite the canning town station, 10 mins to canary wharf, and 30 mins to green park and bond street, making life easier. A co-op is also nearby, opens 6 am to 11pm, how convenient it is! I checked out yesterday as I am about to leave the UK. But for what it's worth, I highly recommend everyone who is based in east London to live in the Argo apartment.

GoogleBeautiful, modern apartments just across from a tube/bus station. Helpful concierge staff, very communicative and responsive. Amazing roof terrace with great views of North Greenwich, City Island, Isle of Dogs and out west over the City.
