A Great service provided all round but we would like to say a special thanks to Clare Smith. She came out physically to view our house so she could get a feel of the place & pass it on to prospective buyers. She kept us up to date with viewings & feedback from prospective buyers & advised us when subsequent offers were made. We had not sold a property for over 32years so although the final decision was ours her guidance was extremely helpful. When Clare was not available other staff at Gowland White were just as good. We couldn’t ask for a better service.

I rented with Gowland White for almost 10 years and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. We started off in a flat and when I fell pregnant they helped us find a home for our growing family. Rob, Jackie and Leisa to name just a few of those I communicated with were always so friendly, understanding and very professional.
