GoogleI just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Gowland White Yarm. My dad sadly passed away late last year and I was fortunate enough to be left with his house. I contacted a few agents at the time to investigate the possibility of renting the property and as soon as I met Rob I knew I wanted to go ahead with Gowland White. We were on the same page when it came to what was required to make the house ready for letting and he was extremely patient and considerate when dealing with me. It took me just over a year to get it to where I felt it needed to be but I never felt hassled or pressured into anything. I’m sure most people would be able to understand that clearing a loved one’s house is emotionally tiring and can take some time especially as the property was not local to my own home. Rob provided support where needed and I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’m over the moon to have now completed the minor upgrades to the property and have it successfully let. The process was seamless and I look forward to working with them throughout this next stage. Fingers crossed for happy tenants but I feel safe knowing that Gowland White are looking after the property and that hopefully any issues that arise can be dealt with swiftly and appropriately. Again, huge thank you to Rob and the team. Couldn’t have done it without you!

GoogleWe recently purchased a house and Gowland White were the seller's agents. Claire was the Property Consultant we dealt with throughout the process and communication was great - we never had to chase her for anything. She was quick to respond to questions and requests and always kept us updated with progress along the way. Upon completion when we went to pick up the keys, we received a ‘new home’ gift which was totally unexpected and such a lovely gesture. We would definitely recommend to others and would consider using if we were to sell in the future. Thank you!

Really friendly staff but I would say that sometimes depending on who you spoke to their attitude was a little too pushy and abrupt for my liking, and didn't communicate important information as quickly as I'd have thought I would have received it. I think with a little customer service training it would be a benefit.

They arrived on time for the initial meeting and the sale board went up quickly.The house was sold in a couple of days and we were kept up to date every step of the way both via phone and email. Their help made a stressful time easier.

Incredible customer service from start to finish. The sales team are amazing, it’s the second time we have used Gowland White and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Communication is brilliant, with weekly updates on how the sale is progressing (often better than the solicitors at keeping in touch!) and thoughtful touch points through to completion. My go to for buying and selling in Teesside 🥰
