On the whole our experience with Gowland White was very good. The staff were always helpful and friendly and were very prompt with returning our calls or emails. The only negative thing was not having enough time to view the property we bought especially on follow up viewings when we wanted to do some measuring up.

GoogleGreat experience from start to finish. Valuation and marketing above our expectations. We weren't pressured into putting our house on the market straight away but as soon as we did there was a lot of interest. Claire made sure viewings were at a suitable time for us and followed up with email confirmation. Timely feedback which made it easy for us to make decisions. After sales team kept us informed about progress and liaised with solicitors which was important as we were moving into rented accommodation and had a lot to juggle. Would highly recommended using Gowland White. Thanks to all involved in our sale.
Thanks for your positive review :)

TrustpilotDefinitely a professional service.
We’ve just completed a sale on a house in Stockton on Tees. After a lot of research we used Gowland White as our selling agent. From the onset we dealt with a young lady called Esther who is a huge asset to their business. We live abroad so there is a two hour difference in our timing, and no matter when we contacted her she was always pleasant, helpful and possessing of a great sense of humour, Which is paramount in a service industry. I would thoroughly recommend Gowland White, and especially Esther. Thank you.

GoogleGowland White have provided an exceptional service. They have fully managed the rental of my property and done a cracking job. Ellie and Daniel have gone above and beyond. They kept in contact with me throughout the initial process. They have given me the confidence to let go and let them manage for me. I would recommend this company to anyone else thinking of renting. It really takes the pressure of trying to manage yourself. Thanks to all involved.
Thanks so much for your review Tracey

GoogleWe were very happy with the service we received from Gowland and White. We live in Australia so harder selling a house in the UK from the other side of the world but Demi and the team worked hard to find us a buyer in a difficult market and made the whole experience stress free. They also helped move the sale along and dealt with many of the queries in our absence. Couldn’t be happier with their efforts and will definitely use them again should the need arise.
Hi Catherine, thanks a lot for your kind words!

TrustpilotWe have to say that Gowland and White…
We have to say that Gowland and White were brilliant. From the initial telephone call, the home visit to value and do pictures. The sales pack, the management of viewings and weekly reports were brilliant. The managing of the offer process was swift and handled professionally. Despite a long protracted sales process Claire and the team kept us updated regularly with the progress. We would highly recommend Gowland and White. A massive thank you to Claire and all the team who we worked with throughout the whole process.
