The staff were all great and very helpful. As an elderly lady I found the support they gave me both selling my house and buying my bungalow invaluable. The sales team kept me informed all the time as to the progression of the sale and on the actual moving day when things weren't moving quickly enough and I was in danger of running out of time to move the support I got was amazing . So a huge thank you and I'll highly recommend you.

In response to 'persistent chasing of documents' - please note that these were documents your Solicitor failed to send to you due to not having opened a file for your purchase however, our Sales Progression Team chased them on your behalf to assist. Our file notes all emails, calls and response times and these are recorded to have been acknowledged or responded to within 24 hours. Feedback from our client, the seller, was very positive and perhaps mirrors your relationship with your own estate agent. However, we do welcome feedback as an opportunity to identify and improve any areas of our service and appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Clare was wonderful. She provided clear information and was a great point of contact, especially when selling a property from abroad. She was knowledgeable and organised. The solicitors attached to Gowland White did require a lot of prompting when things stalled, and when asked reassured me that things were progressing when in fact key information had not been sent. I would happily use Gowland White again, but would use a different solicitor firm.

Great service from the whole Team. A very long process down to poor buyers Solicitors in the chain. The Team pursued at every opportunity and eventually we achieved success. Sales Team responded quickly to requests and were very professional.
