GoogleGood professional service and achieved a rapid result. The only reason for 4 stars was that once an offer was received matters passed into the hands of someone who only worked 3 days a week. Also at this stage the buyer was under a misapprehension that was passed on to us rather than corrected. Once Emma was involved things were rapidly sorted out.

GoogleI recently purchased a property being marketed by Gowland White and found everyone I dealt with to be helpful, friendly and professional. My big shout out though goes to Barbara, who went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through as quickly and easily as possible. Literally nothing went to plan but Barabara took it all in her stride and dealt with any issues that arose and kept both parties informed along the way. Thanks to them all I now live in my forever home, but if you’re thinking of moving home I cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleWhen we were selling our house, Gowland White were the 3rd estate agent we tried, after 6 months of being on the market. With Gowland White we sold within a matter of weeks. Their customer service was always fantastic: Emma in particular was brilliant! Everyone was always professional, courteous and friendly.We’re now looking at buying again and we’re seeing things from the other side of the fence and they are equally as good as when we were selling. The text confirmations and reminders for appointments are particularly useful and the agents are excellent for helping with the house-hunting!

GoogleI have dealt with the Middlesbrough Office for a number of years and they have invariably gone out of their way to ensure the client receives the best informed, candid and at all times professional service. With Gowland White I always feel as if I am in “safe hands” and that they put the interest of their clients at the top of their list. Rob Hopkins, at Middlesbrough, is particularly diligent in his work and meticulous at resolving matters at hand. Highly recommended.

At every stage of our recent house move all of the staff were friendly, approachable and extremely proactive, going the extra mile to make things happen. Jodene Schofield in particular was instrumental in ensuring that any obstacles were overcome by her excellent negotiation skills.

GoogleWe sold our house and bought through Gowland White in Yarm and what a wonderful experience. Shout out to Jodene, a total blessing above and beyond what we have experienced in the past. Thank you so much, you bolstered and encouraged us at every stage of our complicated move. I would recommend Gowland and White to anybody, with the only caveat being to avoid their preferred solicitors 'Key Legal' at all costs, as we endured a very poor and stressful service from them.

GoogleGowland White were the estate agents of the vendors we were buying from - they were by far the most proactive company in our chain (especially Jodene who was always call to update us on progress). They went out of their way to keep us updated throughout the whole process, even though we weren't their direct customers! I can highly recommend! 10/10
