GoogleHaving sold my property I came to Gowland White as a buyer. Jodene and her colleagues at Yarm couldn’t have been more helpful during this process. The level of service and care they provided was second to non, despite me not being their client as such. They liased with both the seller and my solicitor and kept me informed of what was, or on occasions, what wasn’t happening! At stressful time they were incredibly supportive and I would thoroughly recommend using them to anyone considering marketing their home. Without doubt the best Estate Agents I’ve had dealings with, either as a buyer or seller. My thanks to all the staff at the Yarm branch.

GoogleHighly recommend. Presented our property very well and generated lots of viewings in a short space of time. Where they really excelled was when we found ourselves in the middle of a long chain, each at slightly different points in the process. They put in the time and effort needed to liaise with all the agents up and down the chain to bring it all together to reach a satisfactory outcome for all of us. Without their relentless proactive support l doubt things would have turned out so well. Always available to update us on progress. Well done Gowland White Yarm team. D&AM R

GoogleWe recently used Gowland White in Yarm to deal with the sale of our property in Eaglescliffe and were really impressed from start to finish with the level of service provided. Jodene and her team made the whole process so easy and stress free for us. We actually received three offers on our property within a few days of it going on the market which resulted in us accepting the full asking price. We were kept fully informed throughout the sale process and can honestly say we would not change a thing about the way our sale was handled. We would have no hesitation in recommending Gowland White to anyone looking for a friendly, approachable and extremely professional level of service.

GoogleExcellent and Friendly Customer Service We were looking for a rental property and saw one with Gowland White which we were interested in. Never having rented before we were guided through the process by Rob Hopkins who was extremely helpful, polite and efficient. He went above and beyond anything that we expected and assisted us to secure the property that we liked. He understood our position which helped and kept us informed at all stages of the process. It made a daunting process very simple. If in the future we were either selling a property of renting I would have no hesitation in recommending both Rob Hopkins and Gowland White.

GoogleGowland White are absolutely the agent to use! Our transaction had its challenges and Jodene and her team dealt with everything extremely efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble and Jodene was always very professional and very friendly. Every time we spoke with her we were left feeling confident things would happen... and more importantly, they did. GoogleWe switched to Gowland & White after 6 months with poor service from another local Estate Agent. The contrast in the quality of service and the quantity of viewings was considerable. This led to a sale, which although was beset by problems, from elsewhere, they were handled with a professional and efficient manner by G&W staff. Throughout the process we were kept well informed by helpful and friendly staff. Their sound advice was always informed by a thorough and up to date knowledge of market trends and housing values. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Superb company to deal with.

Google1. Viewing. Very professional. After the initial viewing, I was particularly impressed with the results obtained following questions, such as "Had the boiler been inspected" and the follow up from the survey. At no time was I left unescorted. 2. Follow up following my offer. To have a member of staff designated to look after my interest was really good. It turned out that completion could not have been achieved without her intervention. 3. General. My welcome in the office was excellent and "Do feel free to come in anytime" was genuine and I feel that without the help I got, I would not have been able to get my dream bungalow.

GoogleI recently purchased a property being marketed by Gowland White and found everyone I dealt with to be helpful, friendly and professional. My big shout out though goes to Barbara, who went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through as quickly and easily as possible. Literally nothing went to plan but Barabara took it all in her stride and dealt with any issues that arose and kept both parties informed along the way. Thanks to them all I now live in my forever home, but if you’re thinking of moving home I cannot recommend them enough!

From Jackie tirelessly showing us around potential properties, Richard offering us knowledgeable advice about the potential of our property and Barbara seeing the process through to completion.
