Unlike the solicitor, the aftersales team were very proactive in chasing things up and keeping me informed at every stage of the process. When I finally picked up the keys on completion day I was very surprised but delighted to be given a 'welcome to your new home' gift, which I thought was a generous and thoughtful touch.

Gowland White were so easy to deal with from initial valuation through viewings and then sales progression it made it a pleasurable experience.
