I often don’t stop to write reviews, but after the service we have just received, it feels like the right thing to do. Having just sold our house through Frost’s, which wasn’t an easy process through no fault of their own, I have to flag the professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity that the team in St Albans showed throughout the process. We would highly recommend their services. We chose Frost’s over their competition as we found their approach to be honest, clear and factual. From the point of listing our property with them, the team in St Albans communicated effectively, letting us know what was happening through the process. If we had a question, they answered it honestly. If we left a message, they returned it. Small things I know, but to us, it illustrated excellent customer service. Our property was sold within ten days of listing and from this point on the sales progression was seriously impressive. I think we underestimated the intricacy of managing a chain effectively and learnt how an experienced sales progressor could help to navigate any potential roadblocks. Again, key to this was clear communication and market knowledge. Something that Frost’s have in spades. So all that’s left to say is a big thank you to Neil, Sarah, Stuart, Dan, Jake and any of the team in St Albans that we may have missed. Keep up the good work!

In the early stages Daniel Kirkland was exceptional, skilfully negotiating on our behalf and securing us our dream home. The lettings team - especially our property manager Melanie - have been very helpful, clear and throughout, with none of the heavy-handedness, spurious fees or dodgy lease clauses I've encountered elsewhere. I bought a house through Frosts in 2011 and had an excellent experience with them. More recently I was in need of a short term rental whilst we carry out renovation work. With a dog and two small children it was a challenging search so I spent a morning in St Albans walking into a number of different agents to ask if they had anything suitable.
