I am very happy with my family now settled into our new home and are looking forward to many happy years living here.

From start to finish of the process I was very impressed with Frost's professionalism and detailed understanding of the St Albans property market, this was continuous with all members of the Frost's team I came into contact with during my sale/purchase.
I was particularly impressed with Frost's ability to see the bigger picture with residential transactions and the timescales that everyone was working to and being able to balance out everyone's expectations quickly and clearly in negotiations. This ensured the chain held together and was processed quickly with minimal confusion that naturally happens when you add Solicitors, Banks and Surveyors to the process.
On these grounds I would recommend and use Frost's again.
