GoogleLucky to get one if I could I would give minus 5. Totally rude specially chole weston complete fake ,more then happy one minute the next a completely disaprectful person I ever seen. So unprofessional she tried to blackmail if I didn't do something quick ,totally outrageous. Lucky I spoke to my solicitor and was told not to contact her anymore.

GoogleI have looked around many agents but Frosts was unprofessional, rude and humiliated us . Rose and Oliver team does not work . They were not ready to show properties because in their mind we did not have money to pay the rent and we would default rentals . Bottom line , is Rose Johnson, If you reading this . We found beautiful place in heart of St Albans and moving in month .

GoogleFrosts are great , i was looking to rent a property and my adviser oliver banks couldnt have been better, he was attentive to what i was looking for , really good when taking a viewing by letting you look around properlty and not rushing you, and was up to speed on the property as well , also hes very friendly and a nice person as well. Id recomemd him if you want a nice ,interested and knowledgable adviser. Id also recomend frosts if youre selling they sold my property and Sean was briliant and supportive as well like Oliver helpfull and interested. A top team id say.

GoogleI was happy with the process with letting the property. But when we moved we discovered that the property management only covers business of the landlord and as tenant you can't do anything. I moved to the property with fully moulded washing machine which stayed that way after two visits of the professional cleaner. The property manager thinks that's fine. Please watch out for this agency, for now I do not recommend. Before you move please put in your contract that all appliances have to be clean. I have sent a formal complaint, but the process is long you have to wait 15 days for a response. I am almost a month now without a washing machine. ----------------------------- After almost a year, I'm amending the review as the tenancy is going smoothly. And we got a new washing machine.
We are so sorry to hear of your unhappiness, and we have worked with both yourself and the landlord to try and find a resolution that is acceptable for all parties. We are members of The Property Ombudsman and we adhere to their guidelines, including the handling of a complaint and will be in touch with you in line with these guidelines.

GoogleThe property management person at Frosts, Sheetal Shah, has dealt with all my queries and issue quickly and efficiently, with very little fuss. An issue with a substandard carpet handled with ease. From start of complaint to today where I have a brand new carpet has been barely two weeks. All very seamless. So, thanks Sheetal!
