GoogleI rent in a frost property in St Albans since December 2022, the service from the property manager has been really disappointing. I love this area and the place but our property manager is almost non existent. I have to keep calling and chasing up on any issues that I have reported. Finally, when I do get a hold of her its always excuses and still no resolution on my issues raised. Currently, its been over a week that I have no hot water and our electricity keeps cutting off because of a fault in the water heating system. The best she could do was blame her supplier for the delay but when consulting directly with the supplier they are waiting on her for over a week. I really thought I was going to be dealing with a professional property manager.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Frosts and Rose Johnson in particular. Rose was fast to answer our queries, sent us options corresponding to our needs/budget and was flexible in scheduling viewings. The fact that we finally rent our house with Rose's help says for itself. True pleasure to work with Rose and Frosts - highly recommended!

GoogleI have been very impressed with Frost's they have been very supportive in helping me with my property search for my mum. We haven't managed to find anywhere yet but I really do get a feeling that they are putting my mum's best interests at heart and are continuing to help her on her search.

GoogleMy son lost his keys and Sheetal helped me to order new keys through my landlord and via FirstPort. FirstPort are always very slow and frustrating to deal with but she was persitent and kept my waiting time down as best she could.

GoogleI’ve used Frosts for some time now . They took over managing the Property I rent. They are extremely professional, and especially Samantha Stockwell . To say she goes the extra mile is an understatement, she works with some difficult landlords and in my experience, always gets the job done .

GoogleSold my flat with Frosts Marshalswick. It was on the market within days and sold within 2 months. A few hiccups getting to completion with buyers solicitors being supremely incompetent and unqualified however Trudie was on the ball getting things moving. Absolutely relentless and that's exactly what you need. Thank you Trudie and Marshalswick team :)

GoogleAbsolutely terrible service. The women in the office are rude. They don't carry out maintenance on property's. They just ignore you. I could write so much more here but they will know who wrote it if I do. I would recommend staying well clear of this unprofessional rude company.
