I recently worked with Frank Harris & Co., and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience. This agent was extremely unprofessional in their behavior and lacked basic customer service skills. They showed a complete disregard for both customers and tenants, making the whole process very stressful. Communication was also a major issue, as they were slow in addressing important issues and lacked follow-through on commitments. I would not recommend this real estate agent to anyone due to their unprofessionalism and lack of respect for those they are serving. Avoid at any cost, especially if you are trying to rent through them; it will be a nightmare to get any help while they will charge you more than anyone.

I recently just moved to London and needed help finding a flat. Mitchell Max could not have been more helpful. He was pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend him. He was knowledgable and showed me a place in the morning and unfortunately my husband was working so couldn't view it at the same time as me, Mitchell actually met back up with my husband at the end of the day to show him the same place which I'm sure was a bit tedious but he was very pleasant about it and made the whole experience very positive.

Charlotte has been so helpful throughout the process of renting a flat at the Barbican. She was really friendly and knowledgeable at the viewing, having lots of insights into living on the estate, as well as all the information one could need about services, fees etc. She clearly has extensive experience helping people rent on the estate and knows all the ins-and-outs, which was very reassuring. Moths and Black Mould: A Move In Nightmare

Absolute nightmare.We moved in last week to a flat rented through Adeel, Nicole and Mark in the Waterloo branch. We found the flat infested with moths, not cleaned properly (the cleaners came in a second time upom request, but they still left the flat in an average state at best). If that was not enough, the flat was filled with the previous tenant's belongings, including but not limited to laundry, bedding and towels as well as greasy pots and pans.Finally, we requested in our offer the bathroom to be treated of all mould, only to discover the back of the toilet caked with black mould. And here we are stuck for three years. Don't repeat our mistakes: avoid them at all costs. A week in, we are still waiting for pest control.(The one star is only because they have a maintenance team that picks up the phone - but isn't that the bare minimum?)
