I was incredibly impressed by a recent flat viewing with Phoevos and Kellan, who were undeniably professional, knowledgeable and patient as I thoroughly examined the flat and asked a multitude of questions. Both were equally friendly and made me feel comfortable, especially for someone like me who is new to the London area. We have been searching for a flat through Frank Harris at 81 Marchmont Street, London. Whenever there is a new instruction, Lucy Murdoch will let us know immediately. Sometimes we did several viewings for one property, but we still didn't want it. Lucy is always extremely patient, friendly and helpful and has never pushed us to buy a property.
