I’m so so appreciate @Romario! I can’t believe I’m so foolish just forgot my keys in home and lock myself outside at 5pm Saturday! I ran to Frank Harris, thanks god @Romario was here! He helped me to reach out others to get the key even my apartment is not under him. He is so responsible and kind! Frank Harris is a really good agency! I did this silly things twice! Frank Harris were great. I had complicated sale due to works going on in the block where my flat was located. George, Eleanor, Lucy and everyone else at the firm worked really hard to find me a suitable buyer. I bought a flat from Frank Harris in the mid-90s, when negative equity was rife, and received excellent help from their Agent, as I did renting it out after I retired. When the time came to sell the flat I naturally turned to Frank Harris, once it was "put on the Market" I had an offer within days, there were a few hiccups along the way from the purchasers side but George Butt sorted things out without causing me problems.
