GoogleI would highly recommend Frank Harris and Adeel Zain in particular! This is my third time renting in London and it has been by far my best experience to date. Adeel was very communicative and transparent throughout the process, sourcing multiple properties for me to view and arranging viewings promptly! He helped us secure a property in a very desirable location within our modest budget, helping to strike compromises with the landlord to meet all of our requirements. He has continued to proactively support us through the referencing process, showing a level of care and professionalism I have not experienced amongst many London estate agents.

I have now been using Ian Swale and his team at Frank Harris for many years as letting agents for my properties, and I have always found them to be positive, fair, and forging good relations with tenants. They also have a great team of contractors to get any repairs fixed promptly. Danielle looks after my portfolio on a day to day basis, and she is very able in handling re-letting and seeing to tenants' needs efficiently and fairly. she is a pleasure to work with.

PS: This company appears to have some exclusive properties in the city center. GoogleMany thanks to Mitchell Max for all his assistance when I was looking for a flat in Barbican/Moorgate. I found he was very helpful in looking through properties in the area and tayloring the flats we viewed to my needs, without resorting to some of the pressure tactics I've experienced from other agencies. Unfortunately, I didn't end up getting a flat here (for unrelated reasons - it just wasn't a good fit), but Mitchell's assistance was very much appreciated, nonetheless. I will certainly get back in contact in the future if I want to look at flats in the area again!

GoogleMark Hillary showed us round a number of Barbican flats over the summer. He was great to deal with. He knew the intricacies of the Estate inside out, was super responsive and able to sort out viewings at the last minute, which was really appreciated. Perhaps most importantly, he was friendly and easy to chat with, while also having the awareness to leave us to our own devices while looking around. This makes a real difference.
