As a potential purchaser looking to buy in the Barbican I found Mark to be very knowledgeable and reliable. Throughout the whole transaction he was very responsive and helpful and he really did a lot to drive the transaction forward especially as the vendor’s solicitor was very slow. We reached out to Frank Harris after going through a terrible experience with another letting agency. Looking at their amazing reviews, we expected that our needs and requests would be heard. We views a flat that seemed very solid. No big issues. But when we moved in we found out a bunch of minor issues we could not have predicted during the viewing like a broken boiler, closet door, radiators, windows. Additionally, the bathroom window was broken when we moved it - which was not the case when we viewed the property. Not only can someone enter the property from the window, people can peep in and see me showering. We have sent multiple complaints and reached out to Amanda our property manager several times. She has been unresponsive and even after reaching out multiple times, refused to to give us any answers. Little did we know that they are all just the same. I would recommend not working this agency unless you’re moving into a fully newly furnished place. They cannot be trusted.

Had a very positive experience working with Frank Harris &Co., probably the best one I've had during my search. Charlotte Rule not only facilitated the viewing, she was very helpful post-viewing, sending pertinent information such as the calculation of council tax and expected bills. She also guided me toward coming up with an offer that could potentially be of interest to the Landlord. She also facilitated the negotiation with the Landlord. Other agents I've worked with do not proactively provide valuable guidance. Although the offer wasn't accepted ultimately due to non-negotiables on both sides, the process was handled very well. Overall great experience.
