[TO AVOID URGENTLY // THEFT ] If I could put 0 stars, I would. After leaving our apartment, the landlord just refuses to send our deposit back. Every claims the landlord raises is only wear and tear. My former roommate and I have every proofs. During our stay, my roommate and I claimed multiple times to Frank Harris that the apartment was not in proper condition and the landlord refused to fix it. We lived in unbearable condition (hob not working, air ventilation not working ...) Now, the landlord wants to use our deposit to fix it. The agency team refuses to help us and doesn't want to hear anything at all. They are not supportive at all and just play blind despite multiple mails and proofs we sent to claim our deposit - our money - back. Now we are filling every possible forms to take it to the court as they are just stealing our money based on nothing. If I can give you some advices, avoid urgently Frank Harris!! It will cost you your money, your time and energy. Kind regards. Thanks.

Property management

I have recently experienced issues with my kitchen appliances and was put in touch with Ted from the property management team. He was notably positive, helpful and understanding. He got in touch straight away and provided clear instructions as well as immediate assistance. Makes a massive difference being able to rely on someone for help when needed.

Dilan recently helped us during our property search in London, and we couldn’t have asked for better support. He was friendly, transparent, and always easy to reach, the rarely seen triple threat in real estate! We’d also like to give a big shout-out to Zac, who was equally supportive throughout the process. Frank Harris is very lucky to have these two professionals on their team. In fact, we wouldn’t be at all surprised if “Dilan, Zac & Co.” pops up as the newest real estate agency on the block, and we’d no doubt be first in line as clients!

On June we viewed a flat marketed by Frank Harris for rent and subsequently made an offer which was accepted. We were informed shortly before signing that the supposed landlord was in fact a council tenant and had no right to let the property. This late disclosure caused us considerable inconvenience, as we had already given notice on our current flat and had to urgently secure alternative accommodation. I find it incredible that they would promote and even send a tenancy agreement for a property before confirming if the supposed landlord is in fact who he/she say they are.

My friend and I were assisted by Reagan Walters at Frank Harris throughout the process of renting our flat. Reagan was very friendly and professional from the beginning when we first met him at the viewing. He has been a huge help throughout. He guided our letting applications and paperwork through many hoops and has been an essential point of contact for us in ensuring that things have moved forwards efficiently and always kept us updated. Terrible estate agents - property purchase

I purchased a property that was advertised by Frank Harris Southbank & Waterloo in 2023. The agents were deeply unhelpful and often resorted to ultimatums when speaking on the phone. My solicitors and I were multiple times accused of being purposely slow during the process when it was the seller's solicitors who hadn't provided the correct documents. Extremely poor experience.
