Moving deadlines so that we could submit our offer to the landlord, going above and beyond to help with referencing difficulties and easy to get a hold of whenever we needed some extra information about the flat. GoogleWe wanted to leave a glowing review for Jack, Sonia, Jacob and Ava. They really shook things up when they came on board as a dual agent for the sale of our London flat and went above and beyond to get the right qualified buyer prospects through the door. Their direct contact approach really made a difference and we've valued their advice throughout. Although we ultimately went with a buyer from the incumbent agency, it could just as easily have been through the Fletchers if their buyer had counter offered sooner. I would highly recommend the Brook Green team.

They are always friendly and professional in their approach, quick to get back to us if we have any queries, and also very quick to sort out any potential problems. They seem to strike the right balance of interests between landlord and tenants. I would happily recommend them as letting agents. She and her team worked with me for months to ensure I received the best home for me and my family. I worked with a number of agencies and she was the one agent that went above and beyond to get me into homes quickly and narrowing down options that matched my preferences. She messaged me to confirm appointments and checked on me to see how the search was going even with other companies. She was persistent and positive even when others had given up on my search. The team in the Lettings office is very proactive and friendly and I would highly recommend their services.
