I have to say, I have rented properties all over the world. The UK can be a tricky place to rent. The team at Fletchers in Chiswick west London are absolutely phenomenal!! They are the most professional team I have ever worked with hands down. They’re extremely quick, polite, the hustle to get you what you need. They’re brilliant. The agent that dealt with my property was Narmin Anadif. Narmin is exactly what a letting agent should be. At every step of quite a challenging process Narmin was right there. I had been living in a property in GWQ Brentford since 2022 which was managed by Fletchers Chiswick, and I had the pleasure of being supported by Banna Hannes (Senior Property Manager with Fletchers Chiswick) during my tenancy for the past year. Leigh was amazing in our search to rent a house. She only showed us what she knew would fit our needs and as such, we fell in love with the first house we visited. Leigh was super quick to respond and thanks to her help we were able to rent our dream home in Chiswick. Excellent support from Leigh and Amy. I can’t thank them enough! I already had ~15 viewings with several agencies when I met Leigh to see an option in her portfolio in Chiswick. After visiting the first one, she took me to 2 additional ones trying to arrange the viewings on the way, as my time was limited. All three were meeting my initial requirements - was not always the case with some other brokers, although I clearly share my very few criteria beforehand. I liked one of them a lot which ticked almost all boxes. Unfortunately, among many offers on the same day, one was accepted before I even had a chance to put mine, and I got really upset. I was abroad the following week. In the meantime, apparently the initial offer did not go through. Considering my earlier disappointment, Leigh made all possible efforts (phone, email, WhatsApp) through different channels to contact me to say I have another chance : ) I completed required steps with Leigh’s and Amy’s help and now that flat became my ‘home’. For anyone relocating to UK, processes can be daunting. It feels safe to be in good hands of a professional company. More important than companies, I believe the individuals make the difference. I feel lucky I met Leigh and Amy, professionals with important skills like ‘listening’ and ‘empathy’.

I book a property through Fletchers…

I book a property through Fletchers Chiswick. They took a week to check the property, and when I moved in the boiler was broken, so no heating and no hot water. They refused to take any responsibility on the incident and said that when they checked 2 days ago, everything was working. They also refused to pay for a hotel during my waiting time (several days) they took to fix the issue, and requested the price for the hotel from the landlord. Not sure what is the role of this agency, if they cannot check apartment properly before renting out, and are hesitant to take on any responsibility. Do NOT recommend

Extremely disappointed with the management service. Despite a written agreement to receive rent on the 29th of each month, the office has failed to meet this date for nearly a year. When raised formally, the agency's solution was to suggest I pay the full management fee in advance and collect the rent myself. A complete lack of accountability and professional service. Would not recommend to other landlords.
