My wife andI have been using the lettings office of Fletchers since we acquired a flat in Chiswick in the 1980s. It is the first agent we contact whenever we need a new tenant. The service has always been prompt and professional and the tenants introduced have been as one would wish. I recommend Erica and her staff without reservation.

We used Fletchers to find tenants and manage our rental property for about 10 years. The standard of support was excellent most of the time. There was one lapse about 4 or 5 years ago when maintenance works and a change of tenant went awry, but Fletchers made it up to us financially afterwards. Since then we have had a 5 star service, with Bridget Kerin (head of property management) managing our property personally. She was efficient, pragmatic, straight-talking, and able to manage the tenancy effectively to the satisfaction of all, including our tenants - who eventually bought the property.

Tina from this office managed through a very long and drawn out process with us (we are Aussies relocating to UK) and was patient and great natured with lots of positive energy throughout. TIA ( not to be confused with TINA) was there for us in a clutch moment when we needed a contract amended, and literally saved days of messing around by quickly marshalling our landlady, and her manager to make sure a contract adjustment was done literally in five minutes. It was quite a superhero act. Thank you Tia! Highly recommend this office for professionalism and a serious action-orientation / empowered staff culture.

Thanks Han for helping our family find our new home in Chiswick. We relocated from Japan to London in the summer of 2022 when the real estate market was very hot. We started searching for agents while we were still in Japan. Other agencies were "too busy" to help us with find our perfect property, pushed properties 1000 GBP above our budget, or simply dismissed us after learning we were from "overseas" which the considered risky. Han, kept following up with us and understood our schedule and took our requirements into mind. Once the property came up that matched our profile, schedule and budget he was able to get us in early and close the deal.

Can't recommend Leigh and Amy enough. By far my favourite estate agents I dealt with in a v. stressful rental search, as an 8-month-pregnant person! They are friendly, down-to-earth, compassionate and honest, and genuinely try their hardest to find you properties, without sugarcoating or trying to sell you on things - which needless to say is not what you always get with agents! Even though we preferred a flat in a different area, so went with someone else in the end, both Amy and Leigh will stick in my mind and I thoroughly recommend their services to anyone who needs help finding a property!

Amazing service by Yasmin! (rental) We had been really struggling to find a flat for a couple of months. We were lucky to come across Yasmin in this agency. She has a super amazing and efficient in finding us the right flat. Listened to our expectations and only looked for options that were in-line with those, something that doesn't EVER happen. Gone out of her way and even worked out of hours to support us. She made us feel comfortable that she worked equally for both ourselves and the landlord which is another thing you don't normally get with agents. I have been dealing with fletchers for a while in search of a rental property. The agent i have been dealing with is Narmin. Myself and my husband went to view a property and made an offer straight away. I had to keep chasing for a response from the agency as they weren’t reaponding to any emails. I then finally heard back and all details were gone through. Again its was so difficult to get any contact with Narmin and ended up speaking with another person in the office who told me would come back to me but never did. I called again today and was told they tried calling me ( never did ) and that the property was gone.
