I consistently return to the lettings team at Fletchers, and have been doing so for over 10 years. Erica and her team are professional, bright, and proactive, and I have felt very reassured to have them dealing with lettings for me for many years now. Leigh and Amy have huge Chiswick experience, great instincts, integrity and a work ethic that means they are my first port of call for lettings in Chiswick. We registered with several companies during our recent flat hunt and Fletcher’s Chiswick has been by far the best experience. We were looked after by Yasmin who was just fantastic. She listened to what we were looking for and was really pro-active in sending across options. All communication was prompt, and she returned every call. Just let another house through Fletchers Letting, Chiswick. Have to say, they are the best in the lettings business. The director is Erica who deals with you initially on marketing/pricing clearly knows her onions - very knowledgeable. In her team, Amy has been with Fletchers many years and Leigh are amazing - professional and first class. Also a new member Yasmin showed the house on many occasions and finalized the deal. Booked an apartment through Fletchers Chiswick. They took a week to check that everything is working, but when I moved in turned out that water heater is not working. So there was no hot water and no heating. Was calling them 3 times on Sunday just to order an emergency service, because boiler was leaking - master came after 5 hours.. We’re leaving in a hotel for several days just because the water heater is still damaged and they are trying to fix it. They are not ready to take expenses for the hotel, as well as at least recognise that the team who checked the apartment did not work properly. Fletchers are trying to make landlord to pay us expenses for the hotel. Not ready to take responsibility for anything. They are a joke, not a reliable service. Very unprofessional UPD: after several back and forth, they agreed to pay for the hotel. We told that we do Have an expert report from British Gas, they’ve agreed to pay 300 GDP for the hotel (3 nights).
