Not on your side if you are a tenant!

Fletcher's is good as long as there are no issues. As tenant, they will not help you. They do not provide solutions that will satisfy you and will always side with the landlord.

Hayley has been superb throughout my tenancy - initially showing me around properties I'd showed an interest in as well as going out of her way to show alternative similar properties and giving advice on the local area. I was new to the area and Hayley ensured she understood the kind of lifestyle I was looking for and recommended really well based on that. Moving in was easy due mainly to the efficiency and professionalism she showed in ensuring I had everything I needed in place and was kept up to date with what I needed to do and by when. The process of renting our flat went smoothly, and although we didn’t learn until we moved into our new flat that it was not fully furnished as stated both in the ad on Rightmove, and by the agents of Fletchers (one who showed us the flat and one who arranged and setup our agreement), the office at Fletchers took our complaints seriously and kept in touch with us after our move in. They sincerely went out of their way to make a very difficult situation much better - particularly around the holidays (and because we just found out we're expecting our first!). Thank you to Erica and Giles, who took our concerns seriously and kept in touch with us to make things right. It may take a bit longer than expected, but we are looking forward to getting settled in our new flat.

The team at Fletchers Chiswick were fantastic in helping our family to find a new home. Always thinking of us when houses became available, and always sticking closely to our brief. I felt supported throughout the journey and that they always had our best interests at heart. Moving home can be really emotional and difficult but they made it so much easier. Erica Whitehead and her team are fantastic. They are truly great from all ends of the business. I will be honest when we first put our property on the market as a rental I made the decision to go with another estate agent. The property sat empty for close to 4 weeks with not many viewings. Erica kept in touch with me during this time and truly showed determination to win over my business in a professional manner. I then made the decision to move over to Fletchers. It was the right one as they had the property rented within 2 weeks. They have a great team in Chiswick. Also, they do have a long list of corporate clients which makes it easier if you are looking for a corporate tenant. Speaking to my tenant they are very happy in dealing with them as well. I would say if you are looking for a lettings agent in the W4 area then Erica and her team at Fletchers Lettings (Chiswick) are the ones to deal with.

Initially a positive experience with Fletchers and managed to sign on a flat however this is where problems started to arise and after signing, we were asked to make additional changes to the contract. The clauses we were asked to agree to were completely ridiculous. Ultimately the deal ended up falling through and we were left in the dark for much of the process.

During our search initially we were shown properties which were not what we were looking for. But, once this was understood we were shown much better quality properties. During the process of securing the flat Jade was very helpful when dealing between us and the landlord especially when things were not as we expected when we arrived! There were however a lot of things to fill out and felt like it took a lot of time. Overall we were happy with the process and ended up with a flat we really like!

As a tenant of a Fletchers-managed property, I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with them. Our property manager, Agata Madeja was an absolute dream to deal with. Problems were quickly dealt with, with Fletchers responding within half a day, and an excellent set of contractors whom we came to know quite well over the years we stayed. I'm actually disappointed that our new property managers aren't Fletchers. I wish we could take them with us!
