We needed to emigrate for work and had had no luck selling our house. Fletchers approached us with a client who would be in the UK for a 3-year-contract and wishing to rent in our area. We are very happy with everything. It is an old house and a family home, and there have been some little issues needing to be sorted for the tenants.
