GoogleAs a tenant of a Fletchers-managed property, I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with them. Our property manager, Agata Madeja was an absolute dream to deal with. Problems were quickly dealt with, with Fletchers responding within half a day, and an excellent set of contractors whom we came to know quite well over the years we stayed. I'm actually disappointed that our new property managers aren't Fletchers. I wish we could take them with us!

GoogleI have been a landlord for 10 years now and have used Fletchers for the majority of that time. I own two properties in Chiswick but am based overseas. So it helps if your properties are being managed by someone you can trust to check all the details, keep you in the loop and respond to your questions quickly. I found that in Agata Madeja who has been the best property manager I have worked with. She goes that extra mile to make sure your property is taken care of, costs are kept low and you are aware of all options available to you as a landlord. I also own a few properties up north and I wish there was an Agata in those lettings agencies as well

GoogleI was transferred to London for work and had a very short period of time in which to find a rental property. Jade at Fletchers was actually able to help me secure a property (that I loved) in less than 24 hours. She made the back-and-forth very easy and I am very happy with my situation. Highly recommend their service as they are highly organized.

GoogleThe agency is very professional and everyone is really nice and helpful .Christian is probably the best letting agent ever ( we have seen quite a lot of agencies before ) . He helped us to find the best flat for us . He took the time to show us many flat , to answer our questions and to give advise . In addition , Christian was really committed to find us a flat , until staying very late at the office trying to find solutions for us .
We felt that at fletchers, they really care about customers ( compared to much bigger agencies) . we strongly recommend this agency.

GoogleThis review is predominantly for the interactions I had with Fletchers, Christian Pengelly, to be specific. Christian was quite proactive in his communications, understood my requirements well and gave me options for flats that had most of the boxes ticked for my requirement. One of his colleague even accommodated a viewing when it wasn't scheduled so really appreciate that as we had traveled quite far that day for other viewings with him. Ultimately, we didn’t go ahead with them as I decided to look in a different area but it was great interacting with them and would definitely recommend them.

GoogleThis is THE letting agency!
We gave Fletchers the -what we considered to be - impossible task. 1 bedroom flat, within a specific price range, pet friendly! While other agencies took in consideration maximum 1 of our requirements Fletchers found for us the perfect house. We were impressed of how serious and persistent they were to help us find the house that matched our tastes. Costumer service was amazing, everyone was extremely professional, polite and with remarkable attention to detail. Being extremely dissatisfied from previous companies I though letting agencies was a waste of time. Fletchers not only managed to change my opinion but they are now my letting agent for sure. I recommend them without hesitation.
