He helped us to find the best flat for us . He took the time to show us many flat , to answer our questions and to give advise . In addition , Christian was really committed to find us a flat , until staying very late at the office trying to find solutions for us .
We felt that at fletchers, they really care about customers ( compared to much bigger agencies) . we strongly recommend this agency.

GoogleDuring our search initially we were shown properties which were not what we were looking for. But, once this was understood we were shown much better quality properties. During the process of securing the flat Jade was very helpful when dealing between us and the landlord especially when things were not as we expected when we arrived! There were however a lot of things to fill out and felt like it took a lot of time. Overall we were happy with the process and ended up with a flat we really like!
