I would like to start by saying thank you team Flechers and the landlord for the most amazing experience and support My 10 Yr old son and I have received for the whole 2 years of our stay in one of the property in Sinclair garden. Their approach in helping their tenant is so thoughtful and considerate! We have received all the support and attention during our stay from the beginning to the end . The gentleman who is really is a gentleman I met few times called Ashley Griffiths is absolutely fantastic ,his approach in helping us and continue to follow up and making sure all is dealt with us attention to detail ! I also want to say how grateful my son and I are to Mr T white for letting us rent this amazing property for two years and for being the most understanding and compassionate landlord he has been and for this we are both very thankful ! Overall Bridget the lady I dealt with for the first year has also been so wonderful she responded straightaway In any query I had and dealt with it . Overall Fletchers at Brook green and the team are the best estate agent I have come across in london whose service is impeccable. We were buying our first flat and the process was long and drawn out because of legals, freeholder back and forth and other snags along the way. Jack was great and supported us through the process every step of the way. His enthusiasm and consistent bright attitude really helped us during many frustrating times. Fletchers originally allocated us a different estate agent who we didn’t get on anywhere near as well with. Ultimately jack stepped in at the right time and helped manage things between us as the buyer and the selling party, especially in getting things over the line.
