The team at Fletchers were excellent and super friendly. Weekly update calls to keep clients updated about progress of sales process, including number of viewings, information about the market and whether prices should be adjusted. Once offer was agreed, they were proactive in following up with both buyer's and seller's solicitors to ensure a smooth process until completion. Special shout out to Herman and Jack for their hard work on my transaction.

I book a property through Fletchers…

I book a property through Fletchers Chiswick. They took a week to check the property, and when I moved in the boiler was broken, so no heating and no hot water. They refused to take any responsibility on the incident and said that when they checked 2 days ago, everything was working. They also refused to pay for a hotel during my waiting time (several days) they took to fix the issue, and requested the price for the hotel from the landlord. Not sure what is the role of this agency, if they cannot check apartment properly before renting out, and are hesitant to take on any responsibility. Do NOT recommend

Exremely disappointed with the…

Extremely disappointed with the management service. Despite a written agreement to receive rent on the 29th of each month, the office has failed to meet this date for nearly a year. When raised formally, the agency's solution was to suggest I pay the full management fee in advance and collect the rent myself. A complete lack of accountability and professional service. Would not recommend to other landlords.

I bought my property in March 2025. I dealt with Herman throughout the process and he was more than fantastic and professional. I couldn't have hoped for a better agent. He provided constant updates, so much so that I memorised the office number by the end. He was positive and worked hard to get the sale over the line. I recently used Fletchers to purchase a property in West Kensington and would say they are the best agents I've worked with to date. The initial viewings with Liam were easy and enjoyable, it didn’t feel too forced however I felt confident knowing they understood the market and local area. The team had picked out 4-5 properties either side of my budget which gave me a useful picture of what was on the market. They also gave me printed brochures of the properties which was a nice touch. After making an offer, Ema was extremely efficient at moving the sale forward while giving me realistic timelines and expectations. I felt they were genuine and we tackled any problems quickly and found solutions. I had regular communication from Fletchers at all points and found them very responsive. I would recommend Fletchers for purchasing!

Jack is extremely rude and unprofessional, called to enquire and was extremely rushing, told me I would receive a call back from Emma, (which I didn't), I had to call back myself. Then saw another property available so called again with Jack answering yet again, and told me Emma would call me back. I expressed my concerns about Emma not calling back earlier and Jack replied with 'well we get 90 calls a day' which I would like someone to investigate as to whether there are 90 inbound calls made in a day, because that would be quite surprising for a small agency. Furthermore, I asked if she could call back soon, and he said she will call back when she's not busy, and I said okay, never mind, thanks, and he ENDED THE CALL - no bye, no nothing...how disrespectful can you be? Avoid this agency at all costs - I can see in previous reviews people have dealt with the same kind of issue.

Can’t fault my estate agents for their tenacity and willingness to go the extra mile. Communication was excellent with regular and thorough updates during the marketing period. Once an offer was made we felt we were in capable hands and on occasions our solicitor even took advice from our agent! Jack was really amazing at keeping the sometimes sluggish ball rolling as we tried to exchange and complete. He got us there in the end and we would definitely recommend the services of the Brook Green team of Fletchers.
