GoogleThe guys at Chard were simply brilliant (shout out to Christian and James) The shop closed at 7 the night before our move in date but they stayed there till 9 to make sure the paperwork got sorted and the references came through. They then rang up to confirm all was ok on our move in date and take care of any glitches we came up against during the move. Long story short, we went from viewing a flat to moving into it in the space of 3 days. Puts foxtons/felicity/et all to shame!

The team there is always professional (I would say the current team is certainly one of the best, in my experience); they deal with matters in a timely fashion, always respond to emails quickly, and when looking for tenants, offer advice on pricing, feedback on viewings, and generally work hard to make the connection between landlord and tenant as smooth and pleasant as possible.
The fact that I have worked exclusively with this office for such a long time should speak for itself.
