GoogleFor a customer service industry I found the attitude, communication skills and general professionalism very poor when making an enquiry. First impressions count and the young woman who answered the telephone, I believe was called Sophie, did not inspire me to pursue my enquiry

GoogleI grew up in the country side in a family with minimal income,life wasnt easy, I didnt hv the priviledge to recieve good education, but I always dreamt that one day I will be able to move to the infamous London and start a new life there. After years of hardwork, me and my girlfriend finally saved enough money to rent a small flat , but the condition of the house was dreadful and the landlord wasn't the nicest person. I couldnt stand it anymore so I started looking for a new house, but after a long search,I dont have much luck and even if i found a flat that i like, I couldnt afford it. I was desperate and is afraid that i might either hv to stay with the toxic land lord or move back to the countryside,until I saw this agency. Honestly I didnt hv much expectation at first until i met the friendliest agent,Gaetano, he really did he's best to understand our situation and is actively trying to help, and he found me a house at a good location in shepherds bush and is at an affordable price, in a decent condition as well ,honestly, I cant thank you enough , Im so happy I finally found my ideal flat!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
