Brilliant service from the easily the best lettings agency my partner and I have used. Emily has been the dream lettings consultant ready to help us with any queries we had. Moving deadlines so that we could submit our offer to the landlord, going above and beyond to help with referencing difficulties and easy to get a hold of whenever we needed some extra information about the flat. Han was superb in addressing all of my concerns and questions in the renting process. I was concerned that once the cheques cleared and I'd moved in, the agents might become unresponsive. I was wrong. Bridget has been fantastically helpful and I've been very impressed by the service she/they provide.
