They really shook things up when they came on board as a dual agent for the sale of our London flat and went above and beyond to get the right qualified buyer prospects through the door. Their direct contact approach really made a difference and we've valued their advice throughout. Although we ultimately went with a buyer from the incumbent agency, it could just as easily have been through the Fletchers if their buyer had counter offered sooner. I grew up in the country side in a family with minimal income,life wasnt easy, I didnt hv the priviledge to recieve good education, but I always dreamt that one day I will be able to move to the infamous London and start a new life there. After years of hardwork, me and my girlfriend finally saved enough money to rent a small flat , but the condition of the house was dreadful and the landlord wasn't the nicest person. I couldnt stand it anymore so I started looking for a new house, but after a long search,I dont have much luck and even if i found a flat that i like, I couldnt afford it. I was desperate and is afraid that i might either hv to stay with the toxic land lord or move back to the countryside,until I saw this agency.
