As a newcomer to the UK, I had a ton of weird questions and Josh always responded very quickly whether via email or phone calls. I found a great flat in the neighbourhood I wanted and it was a really easy process with the team. There was no gimmick or bidding war like others I had to deal with prior. Thank you for everything!

They were the third agent we’d tried to sell with and were quickly successful in getting us an offer, being very proactive in setting up viewings, but also in giving us feedback and trying to convert viewings to an offer. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout, with a positive, proactive and helpful approach to their clients.

GoogleI recently used Fletchers to purchase a property in West Kensington and would say they are the best agents I've worked with to date. The initial viewings with Liam were easy and enjoyable, it didn’t feel too forced however I felt confident knowing they understood the market and local area. The team had picked out 4-5 properties either side of my budget which gave me a useful picture of what was on the market. They also gave me printed brochures of the properties which was a nice touch. After making an offer, Ema was extremely efficient at moving the sale forward while giving me realistic timelines and expectations. I felt they were genuine and we tackled any problems quickly and found solutions. I had regular communication from Fletchers at all points and found them very responsive. I would recommend Fletchers for purchasing!

I am a busy working mummy living outside London and my flat sale has been in good hands. Trust is important and they have really helped keep my stress levels down; and their understanding when I have screaming kids at the end of the phone. I have known Fletchers for years on a lettings front too; and they have always found me amazing lovely tenants and the process on the lettings side too as been outstanding! The team are ambitious, eager, hard working in a difficult climate with good local knowledge like I have said. Thank you Fletchers!

GoogleI've just bought my first home through Fletchers. Buying a house is stressful, more so for first time buyers, however the service delivered by Fletchers was outstanding. Special kudos goes to Emanuele Fiorini, who was the main negotiator. She did a phenomenal job and I'm convinced that without her perseverance and resolve the whole process would have taken longer. If I decide to sell my property in the future I will definitely do it through Fletchers.
